Unfortunately for Eleven2.com, I couldn't find much positive said about their web hosting and their customer service. After reading reviews submitted by people who have used Eleven2.com, it would seem that their product isn't as good as they say it is. A previous customer of the company said, " they offer slow support, they are inconsistent, and the websites are always down." That is not a good sign when they tell people they have a 99.9% uptime.The biggest complaint about this company is their customer service and the amount of time it takes to get issues resolved.

I did however run across two positive reviews regarding Eleven2.com's web hosting. These people were impressed by Eleven2.com's clean user interface and the ease of use. One user even said that they got great customer support during a hurricane. The other review said that he would recommend Eleven2.com to others looking for a web hosting site because he has got nothing but wonderful customer support in a timely fashion and they were always extremely helpful.
